Responsible for updating and maintenance of all the company job descriptions in conjunction with job area owners and ensures effective analysis of job accountabilities and requirements in order to ensure roles and responsibilities are aligned with functional needs.
Responsible to update and maintain the SAP system with all current jobs.
Be able to write Job Descriptions and support the business in reviewing the JDs for their areas and give feedback and recommendation to Manager C&B.
Experience in Job Evaluation using Hay Group methodology and be able to complete and discuss any JE requirement and be able to propose an evaluation with a complete rational and evaluation lines.
